The luxury experience at Sofitel Philadelphia is accentuated by the delicious cuisine of Liberté Lounge, a chic and sophisticated restaurant and bar that brings back a bygone era with contemporary French-inspired food served in one of the city’s loveliest settings. Craft Hall Pop-Up Restaurant

Come sip on spiked cider by a toasty fire at Craft Hall Pop-Up Restaurant as you people watch and enjoy the dazzling lights of the holiday tree! Enjoy a special holiday preview of Craft Hall. In partnership with Lost Bread Co. and Barefoot Wine, Craft Hall is offering food and beverage service as a “pop-up restaurant” which has never been done before in Philadelphia.

Stay for dinner! Guests can expect a delicious seasonally inspired menu from Executive Chef Adam Lazarick in collaboration with Bois. Enjoy a variety of smoked meats from our authentic John Lewis smoker, including a Smoked Griggstown Half Chicken served with an Apple-Brussel Sprout Slaw and Yukon Gold Potato Salad. Or take a treat home from Lost Bread Co.

Guests bartenders will include 6abc’s Melissa Magee, Welcome America’s Jeff Guaracino & Chatterblast’s Matt Ray! Mayor Jim Kenney will also make an appearance behind the bar at 5pm!
